Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will play a key role in leading projects in Johannesburg, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and establish project milestones.
  • Evaluate contractors’ bids and select appropriate vendors.
  • Review and approve project designs and plans.
  • Implement sustainability practices in project execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions for site staff on compliance and best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the project team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in high-rise or commercial construction projects
