Responsibilities

• Utilize simulation software to optimize engineering processes.
• Drive engineering project initiatives from conception through completion.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to integrate engineering solutions.
• Create training programs for staff on new processes and practices.
• Engage in data-driven decision-making to support operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering roles, preferably in manufacturing environments
