As a Paper Goods Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating envelope folding machines to produce high-quality envelopes efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Operate and program envelope folding machines for varied envelope designs.
Conduct quality control checks on produced envelopes to meet company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize production delays.
Engage in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
Implement best practices in machinery setup and operation for efficiency.
Document and report any safety hazards to management promptly.
Train and mentor junior operators on best machine practices.
Assist in forecasting production needs based on customer orders.
Provide feedback on tools and processes to improve productivity.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical training or relevant qualifications are an advantage
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
