Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to spearhead our hotel operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses for partnerships and promotions.
  • Handle guest bookings, reservations, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor customer service policies and procedures.
  • Create reports on hotel performance and staff productivity.
  • Manage events and conferences hosted at the hotel.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery across all hotel departments.
