Job Description

We are seeking a Mountain Services Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our mountain services, ensuring a safe and enjoyable guest experience. The candidate will have a strong background in outdoor management and a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of mountain services.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of both customers and staff.
  • Analyze and enhance operational processes for efficiency.
  • Lead guest service initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and activities in the mountains.
  • Respond to guest feedback and adjust services accordingly.
  • Work with marketing to promote mountain offerings effectively.
  • Prepare reports for performance metrics and operational assessments.
  • Maintain high standards of service through training and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Hospitality or Business Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in a relevant field.
