Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Port Elizabeth facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring optimal warehouse performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Implement efficient storage solutions to optimize space.
• Evaluate performance metrics to improve operations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts within the warehouse team.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Bachelor's degree advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
