We are seeking an E-Learning Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. This role demands an innovative individual who can develop and implement engaging online learning programs. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in educational technologies and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on e-learning methodologies.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of e-learning courses.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with educational goals.
• Analyze data from course assessments to inform instructional improvements.
• Actively participate in the strategic development of the e-learning program.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in developing online learning solutions

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design Software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
• Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Learning Professional (CLP)
• Microsoft Certified Educator

Languages

• English: Fluent
