Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure our products meet consistent standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control processes and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess product quality and performance through detailed inspections.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance for adherence to safety standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Report findings to the Quality Assurance Manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Quality Assurance or related field
• Degree in a relevant technical field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in a production setting

Technical Skills

• GMP and SOP Knowledge
• Statistical Process Control

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Quality Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a specific industry: Experience in quality control within the food or pharmaceuticals industry will be beneficial.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems: Knowledge of various quality management systems and their implementation.
