QA Inspector - Durban - Quality Assurance

Job Description

As a QA Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials.
• Record and analyze inspection data to identify trends.
• Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in the development of quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and approve product specifications and standards.
• Support the documentation and reporting of non-conformance issues.
• Assist with training new staff on quality inspection processes.
• Implement calibration procedures for inspection tools and equipment.
• Engage in continuous education to remain current on quality industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Quality Assurance or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in QA roles with a focus on both manual and automated inspections.
