Job Description

As a Returned Item Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing and processing customer returns efficiently. This position not only entails handling customer queries related to returns but also collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless workflow and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing product condition upon return.
  • Communicating with suppliers regarding return logistics.
  • Documenting return transactions accurately in the system.
  • Training new team members on return processes.
  • Analyzing return data to identify common issues.
  • Conducting follow-up with customers post-return to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assisting in maintaining the returns inventory.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service or related field
