Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Compliance Officer to join our team. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and governmental regulations, while also enhancing our compliance strategies. You will be pivotal in driving initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of HR compliance frameworks to mitigate risks.
  • Perform compliance assessments and recommend necessary actions.
  • Conduct workshops for employees to enhance compliance awareness.
  • Assist in the development of internal HR audits and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure HR records are accurately maintained and comply with legislation.
  • Collaborate with other departments on compliance initiatives.
  • Document compliance violations and remedial actions taken.
  • Support investigations into compliance issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations and compliance matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Relevant HR certification is highly advantageous

  • 6+ years of comprehensive HR compliance experience
