Job Description

As an HR Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and career development.
  • Provide HR support during organizational changes.
  • Create and monitor employee surveys to assess satisfaction.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with all employment regulations.
  • Implement HR best practices regarding employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
