Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join our team in Barberton. In this role, you will provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to offer tailored solutions to meet individual client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to provide comprehensive services.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to clients.
• Utilize financial planning software for effective analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain a robust network of clients and referral sources.
• Identify opportunities for new business and client acquisition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Masters in Finance or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning

• Portfolio Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus
• Registered Financial Consultant (RFC)

Languages
