We are on the hunt for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather requirements and align on design objectives.
• Create visual assets such as icons, banners, and illustrations.
• Analyze user metrics and make data-driven design improvements.
• Establish best practices for design workflows and processes across the team.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Responsive Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user testing software: Familiarity with tools such as UserTesting or Lookback for gathering user insights.
