Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing financial strategies for clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to present investment proposals and secure buy-in.
• Analyze capital structures and advise clients on optimal financing strategies.
• Evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and recommend adjustments.
• Coordinate due diligence processes for transactions.
• Participate in industry networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking with a strong track record

• Financial Modelling

Certifications

• CFA Level II Candidate
• CIMA Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in additional languages: Bilingual abilities especially in Afrikaans or other local languages.
