Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Contracts Specialist to join our growing team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will excel in managing contracts, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in supporting our operational and legal teams by overseeing contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external legal advisors for specialized contract advice.
• Advise on best practices for contract negotiation and compliance.
• Support the procurement team in contract-related issues.
• Document and maintain records of contract discussions and amendments.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with contract agreements.
• Foster relationships with clients to facilitate effective negotiations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Postgraduate degree in Contract Law or Compliance would be a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in legal or compliance roles with a focus on contracts
