You will work collaboratively to innovate and improve manufacturing processes and ensure quality control throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Manage chemical production from pilot to full-scale implementation.
• Evaluate and improve existing chemical processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
