Job Description

The Buses Dispatcher Supervisor will oversee daily operations of our bus transportation service, ensuring efficient service delivery and managing a team of dispatchers. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the buses dispatch team.
• Assign schedules and responsibilities to transportation coordinators and drivers.
• Maintain communication with transportation team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor data related to bus routes, schedule adherence, and driver performance.
• Manage the fleet of buses and ensure they are well-maintained.
• Provide leadership and direction to the dispatch team.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma in Transportation or Logistics Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in transportation operations, including supervisory experience
