We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance through rigorous testing and evaluation. Your role will involve identifying defects and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assess testing processes and recommend enhancements.
• Utilize various testing tools for performance and security assessments.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
• Facilitate quality assurance audits and assessments.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on automated testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Continuous Integration Tools

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in leading QA teams: Proven experience in managing and mentoring QA teams.
