As a Quality Assurance Technician in Cape Town, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or a related discipline

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles across various sectors

Technical Skills

• Lean Six Sigma
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Quality Assurance: Relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent.
