Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in providing medication management and patient care. Your role will be integral in ensuring the safe and effective distribution of medications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label prescriptions for dispensing to patients.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries related to medications.
• Assist with the training of new pharmacy staff.
• Document patient information and medication profiles accurately.
• Participate in quality assurance activities within the pharmacy.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or related field
• Certification in Pharmacy Technician is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
