Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer intravenous and oral medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors and specialists on patient care strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient rights.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
• Support patients in daily living activities as needed.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialization in a nursing field is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
