Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Develop nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Foster a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Participate in case conferences and hospital rounds.
• Provide support to families during critical times.
• Contribute to clinical audits and quality assurance measures.
• Stay updated with best practices in nursing care.
• Assist in training new nursing staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting preferred

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in critical care nursing: Previous critical care experience will be highly considered.
