Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for managing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the administrative functions of the healthcare organization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of healthcare data.
  • Plan and coordinate patient care services.
  • Manage and optimize the scheduling of healthcare staff.
  • Evaluate departmental performance and implement improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and staff.
  • Conduct risk assessments to improve patient safety.
  • Report to senior management on operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with healthcare focus
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is an advantage

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare settings
