Job Description

As a Psychologist in our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing evidence-based therapy and support to facilitate recovery and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess psychological needs through interviews and tests.
  • Lead therapeutic sessions and provide counselling.
  • Implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to clients.
  • Evaluate ongoing treatment effects and adjust accordingly.
  • Facilitate workshops on mental health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Engage in case management and referral to necessary services.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical or counselling setting
