Job Description

We are seeking a Wind Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wind energy plant. This role demands exceptional leadership capabilities, technical expertise in wind energy systems, and proven experience in team management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal performance of all wind turbines and associated equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in related fields preferred
