We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Pretoria. This role involves overseeing and improving our logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products. You will collaborate with multiple teams to manage inventory, transportation, and warehousing processes, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics processes to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Analyze transportation routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
• Assist with training new logistics staff and promote best practices.
• Continuously improve logistics operations through process optimization.
• Engage with customers to address queries regarding deliveries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Certificate in Logistics or Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain roles
