Join our dynamic construction team in Johannesburg as a Construction Manager. Your role will involve coordinating all project phases, resource allocation, subcontractor management, and stakeholder communication. We are looking for someone with a passion for construction who can drive operational excellence and quality in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of construction work.
• Manage procurement processes and ensure materials are supplied on time.
• Establish and enforce project objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify problems and potential risks and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain construction reports, contracts, and change orders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related roles
