DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will support our cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure system reliability. You will work closely with development teams to enhance our software delivery processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to cloud-native architectures.
• Enhance existing deployment scripts and processes.
• Ensure systems are running efficiently and securely.
• Set up and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
• Collaborate on systemic improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve DevOps practices and toolsets.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role
