Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Dental Hygienist to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough oral cleanings, educating patients about oral hygiene, and assisting the dentist in various procedures. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct oral hygiene assessments and dental cleanings.
• Provide dental education and prevent voluntary care programs.
• Assist in all aspects of dental care and management.
• Capture high-quality radiographs and maintain records.
• Support infection control procedures and maintain clinic cleanliness.
• Be a positive representative of the dental practice to the community.
• Participate in continuing education and training sessions.
• Assist in training new staff and interns when applicable.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene

Experience

• 3+ years of experience preferred
