Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily warehouse operations. You will be in charge of organizing and overseeing inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be results-driven with excellent communication skills and experience in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to promote a productive environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs.
• Implement and maintain safety standards in accordance with regulations.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain warehouse procedures for efficient operations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
• Address and resolve any personnel issues or conflicts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Certification in forklift operation is a plus.
