A Freight Flagman is essential for the efficient movement of freight. In this role, you will signal and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

• Direct and assist in the loading and unloading of freight.
• Ensure that all freight operations comply with safety regulations.
• Inspect and assess the condition of freight and equipment.
• Record operational data for management reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Actively participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Assist in the coordination of scheduling and logistics planning.
• Provide support during audits and compliance inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Ensure proper communication of any safety hazards or issues.

Requirements

Education

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills preferred.

Experience

• Experience in transportation or logistics is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
