Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Art Production Manager to lead our creative projects in Pretoria. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage art direction, oversee production processes, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver outstanding visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creative vision and execution of all projects.
• Assist in developing budgets for production and art projects.
• Compile post-project reviews to analyze successes and areas for improvement.
• Plan and execute creative workshops and training sessions for team development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• Master’s degree in Business Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 6 years of experience in a creative role with production oversight
