Job Description

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will focus on building and optimizing machine learning systems to enhance our product offerings in Cape Town. You will be working closely with data scientists and software engineers to create sophisticated algorithms capable of driving our services forward, ensuring a top-notch user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data processing pipelines for machine learning tasks.
• Evaluate existing AI systems and propose enhancements for better accuracy.
• Work closely with product managers to align AI development with business goals.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for best coding practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in AI/ML concepts and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence preferred

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
