E-Commerce Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Project Manager to lead the development and execution of our online sales strategy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to enhance our e-commerce platform and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Work with the finance team to manage e-commerce budgets.
• Create and maintain documentation related to e-commerce processes.
• Engage in proactive troubleshooting to resolve site-related issues.
• Establish KPIs for e-commerce performance and track results effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Advanced certification in Project Management preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce project management
