UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at our agency, your primary goal is to enhance user satisfaction through improved usability, accessibility, and enjoyment in the interaction between the user and our products. You will be expected to conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to inform your design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design projects from concept to completion.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and business objectives.
• Design and conduct usability tests to refine user interfaces.
• Optimize user experience based on usability findings.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the design guidelines and principles of the agency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of practical UX design experience

• UXQB Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience
