As a Pet Groomer, you'll provide high-quality grooming services, ensuring every pet looks their best while feeling comfortable and cared for. Previous grooming experience is preferred, as well as a love for animals and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

• Complete grooming services efficiently while ensuring quality standards.
• Provide pet owners with education on at-home grooming care and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of grooming supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Engage in customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
• Develop a strong rapport with pets to foster a positive grooming experience.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving services.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in grooming techniques preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of grooming experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Pet Styling
• Grooming Tools Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Patience

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience working in a veterinary setting: Familiarity with pet health issues and first aid procedures.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition: Ability to advise clients on pet nutrition and care.
