Job Description

As an Account Manager based in Cape Town, you will spearhead client relations and drive sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Your role will encompass identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Deliver product training and onboarding for new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • MBA is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
