Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee clinical trials from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while fostering strong relationships with study participants, investigators, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of clinical trials to ensure they are conducted in compliance with GCP and ethical standards.
• Record and maintain accurate trial documentation in compliance with sponsor requirements.
• Collaborate with the data management team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Assist with monitoring and quality control of trial data.
• Facilitate and attend study meetings, providing updates as needed.
• Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Ensure participant data confidentiality and security.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Advance degree in medical or clinical research is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials or research-related roles

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification

• Clinical trial monitoring experience: Experience in monitoring trial conduct and data integrity.
