Job Description

The Industrial Ecologist will be responsible for managing and optimizing power generation and distribution across various natural resources industries, including mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of energy management principles and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing energy systems and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive energy efficiency projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding energy-saving opportunities.
• Research and stay informed about the latest energy management technologies.
• Lead workshops and seminars on sustainable energy practices.
• Work closely with external environmental agencies to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on energy management strategies.
• Participate in project planning and budget preparation for energy projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management or related field
