Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to completion.
• Coordinate efforts with different stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Review engineering specifications and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Assess performance against project milestones and make adjustments as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
• Track project expenses and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication of objectives.
• Utilise project management software to track progress and report on outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and oversee procurement processes.
• Analyze project performance and host evaluation meetings for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction or Project Management is preferred

• 5+ years leading construction projects and managing teams
