Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability.
• Implement project plans and specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training and support to site workers regarding safety practices and company policies.
• Facilitate meetings with construction teams and subcontractors to discuss project updates.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Construction Management certification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction projects

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Familiarity with CAD applications for drafting and design purposes.
• Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to handle disputes and conflicts both on-site and with clients.
