We are seeking a skilled Clip Loading Machine Adjuster to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the adjustment and maintenance of clip loading machines to ensure optimal performance and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal machine settings and adjustments for production.
• Diagnose issues with machines and implement effective solutions.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Oversee the transition between different production runs on machines.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules for machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Languages

Advantageous

• Experience with PLC programming: Hands-on experience in PLC programming to optimize machine performance.
