Job Description

As a Fleet Manager in Durban, you will be responsible for overseeing our fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are efficiently managed, and maintaining compliance with transport regulations. We are looking for someone with a strong background in fleet management who can optimize vehicle performance and manage costs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet operations in accordance with company standards.
• Manage the acquisition and disposal of vehicles.
• Oversee compliance with legislation and health and safety regulations.
• Optimize fleet operations to improve service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Manage fleet budgets and financial reporting.
• Conduct audits of fleet operations for compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in the formulation of fleet-related initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fleet operations management
