Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong background in logistics management to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee and coordinate all aspects of warehousing.
• Ensure effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Work with IT to streamline warehouse operations through technology.
• Evaluate and improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency.
• Maintain communication with management regarding warehouse operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues related to warehousing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a warehouse environment

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Forklift Operator Certification
