Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional with a passion for supporting individuals battling mental health conditions. As part of our team, you'll provide therapeutic counseling, tailored assessments, and work collaboratively with other health practitioners to promote mental well-being in our community.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to explore their mental health issues with empathy and support.
  • Track and report on client progress and interventions effectively.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
  • Work alongside social workers and medical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services as required.
  • Implement psycho-educational programs for client understanding.
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
  • Master's degree in Social Work is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years working in a mental health environment preferred
