Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a dynamic team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear performance goals for the sales team and track progress.
  • Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Work closely with the finance department to align pricing strategies.
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings to share insights and discuss challenges.
  • Create a sales training program to improve team skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales Management
  • MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
