Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development to execution. This includes sourcing venues, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless delivery of events. Your creativity and organizational skills will contribute to crafting remarkable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of event planning, coordinating logistics and ensuring quality control.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop unique themes and concepts tailored to client specifications.
• Generate contracts and other documents required for events.
• Monitor event progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure a successful outcome.
• Train and supervise junior event staff during events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in project management is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in handling large-scale events

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
