Job Description

We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff schedules and oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate financial performance and report to upper management.
  • Ensure all staff are trained in customer service standards and restaurant policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Drive sales through effective promotions and events.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and special events to optimize guest experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a restaurant or hospitality venue
