Job Description

We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems. You'll work with state-of-the-art technology to support our network infrastructure and ensure seamless connectivity for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and configuration of telecommunications equipment.
• Implement security measures to protect telecom systems from cyber threats.
• Assess network requirements for business expansion and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with IT teams for seamless integration of telecom and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in telecommunications systems.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for telecom services.
• Analyze data and user feedback to improve service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
• Master's degree highly regarded

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on telecommunications engineering experience
